This Legal Notice applies to the Little Legend website (www.littlelegend.com.au), our blog, our social media channels and our products. It operates alongside our Terms of Service, Refund & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. It is issued by B Brand Marketing (ABN 76 646 842 266) ("Little Legend", "we", "us").

1. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Everything below applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

2. Product use and care

Little Legend products are designed for everyday wear. To use them safely and get the best life out of them:

• Follow the care instructions on the product label
• Check each item for damage, loose threads or wear before use, and stop using it if it's damaged
• Supervise children when they wear or use our products, including hats, towels and any items with cords or small parts
• Keep products away from fire and heat sources
• Use sizes suited to your child, and use our size guide as a guide only
• Our products are not sun-protective garments or safety equipment unless clearly stated. Please always use appropriate sun protection for children, such as sunscreen, shade and UPF-rated clothing
• Towels and other items are not flotation or safety devices, and must never replace adult supervision around water

Products used in a way that is not intended, or contrary to these instructions, are used at the user's own risk, to the extent the law allows.

3. Website and blog content

The content on our website and blog, including articles about travel, parenting, family events and product choices, is provided for general information and entertainment only. It reflects our experience and opinions at the time of writing.

It is not medical, health, legal, financial, travel or other professional advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Information such as weather, opening hours, locations, events, health recommendations and entry requirements can change, so please check official and current sources, including your doctor, Smartraveller and the relevant business or authority, before you act.

We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate, but we don't guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free.

4. Third-party businesses, products and links

Our content may mention or link to third-party businesses, shops, venues, products or services (for example, in our blog posts). We don't own, control or endorse these third parties, and we aren't responsible for their products, safety standards, content, availability or policies. 5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to section 1:

• Little Legend is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, or loss of profit, arising from your use of our website, content or products
• We are not liable for loss or damage caused by misuse of our products, failure to follow care or safety instructions, or events outside our reasonable control
• Where we are liable and the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods or paying the cost of doing so, or to resupplying the services or paying the cost of resupply

Nothing in this notice limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Your responsibility and indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for, and to reimburse us for, reasonable loss, damage and costs (including reasonable legal costs) that we incur as a direct result of:

• Your breach of our Terms of Service or this Legal Notice
• Your unlawful use of our website, content or products
• Content you submit or publish that is unlawful, defamatory, infringes someone's rights, or is misleading
• Your misuse of our brand, trade marks or content

This section does not apply to loss or damage caused by our own negligence, our breach of the law, or our failure to meet the consumer guarantees described in section 1, and it does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual property and brand use

The Little Legend name, logo, slogans, product designs, artwork, photographs and website content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify or sell our designs, artwork or content without our written permission
• Use our name, logo or branding in a way that suggests we endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with you or a third party, unless we've agreed in writing
• Register or use a confusingly similar business name, domain name or social media handle

If you believe content on our website infringes your intellectual property, please contact us with details so we can review it.

8. Social media, reviews and customer content

When you tag us, review our products, send us photos or comment on our channels, you confirm that you own the content (and have permission from anyone shown in it, including parents' permission for photos of children) and that it is lawful and not misleading, defamatory or offensive.

By sharing content with us or tagging us, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to share, repost and display it in connection with our brand, unless you tell us not to. We'll never knowingly share an image of a child without the parent's or guardian's permission.

We may moderate, hide or remove comments, reviews or content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, spam or otherwise inappropriate. Opinions expressed by customers or other third parties on our channels are theirs alone and don't represent Little Legend's views.

Only statements published on our official website or our verified social media accounts, or sent from our official email address, are statements by Little Legend.

If you are a member of the media, or if you have a concern or complaint about our products, content or conduct, please contact us first so we have the chance to respond and resolve it. We take product safety and customer concerns seriously.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update this Legal Notice from time to time by publishing the updated version on our website. This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
